2. Nature of Services

CredVeda, a division of Globus Alliancee, provides advisory services relating to CIBIL score repair, loan facilitation, CA & CS compliance, and insurance advisory. We act as an advisor and facilitator; final approval of loans, credit disputes, registrations or insurance policies rests with the respective lender, credit bureau, government authority or insurer.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply diligent, professional effort to every case, we do not guarantee loan approval, a specific credit score outcome, registration approval, or insurance policy issuance. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party lender and authority decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation. CredVeda is not responsible for delays, rejections or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Fees & Payment

Applicable fees for each service are communicated in writing before engagement. Fees, once paid, are subject to our refund policy as communicated at the time of engagement. [Detailed fee schedule: to be provided by client]

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of CredVeda/Globus Alliancee unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredVeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may discontinue an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already performed up to the point of termination remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
